30 South, LLC is a professional land surveying and mapping firm headquartered in Bartow, Florida, named for the township where we live and work in the heart of Central Florida. Founded by three licensed professional surveyors, John Clyatt, PSM, Eric Presnell, PSM, and Sherry Kirkland, PSM, our firm is built on a simple promise to our clients: combine deep technical expertise with honest communication, careful listening, and an unwavering commitment to getting it right the first time.

30 South surveyors have worked side by side with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for more than three decades, completing nearly 200 projects across the state. This work includes large-scale acquisition boundary surveys, conservation easements, tide station geodetic control, restoration and mitigation projects, and surveys supporting sensitive wildlife habitat and critical water resources.
